Once orders are received, EazyV3 prepare and dispatches orders within 48-72 hours. Orders may take longer to dispatch where there are local government gazetted public holidays.

Shipment Method

Australian Customers

Orders are sent using Australia Post and can be sent by express post or parcel post. Deliveries usually take 3-5 business days to arrive.

International Customers

International orders are also sent by Australia Post. Two shipping options are available for international orders:

1. Standard – depending on your location, these orders can take between 4-12 business days to arrive;
2. Express – depending on your location, these orders can take between 4-6 business days to arrive.

Our Returns Policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under the Australian Consumer Law and regulations. Relevant guarantees given pursuant to the Australian Consumer Law apply.

If you have a concern about your purchase and it cannot be resolved, we will provide a full refund through PayPal or Shopify Payments, upon us receiving the return of the product with its original packaging. All return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
